Ingredients

  • 250 gm chopped fenugreek leaves


  • 2tbspn coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tbspn sesame seeds roasted


  • 1 tspn cumin powder


  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder


  • 1 tspn salt


  • 1/2tbspn red chilli pd


  • 1/2 tspn garam masala pd


  • 1 tspn chaat masala pd


  • 4 tbspn Water for kneading


  • 1 tbspn Oil/ghee

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add chopped fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves add all mentioned ingredients and knead using water and grease it with oil and keep for 20 minutes then later prepare balls
  • Make roti and fry in a tawa both sides using ghee and serve hot
